Arriving for a basketball tournament, the check-in process took far too long, dragging on for nearly 40 minutes. Diving into some bomb gyu-don dishes at the nearby Jambo Africa was totally the highlight! Plus, the breakfast spread was mouthwatering—gotta love those freshly made options. Honestly, despite some bumps, the staff handled my issues quickly, proving they care about guests.

Now, on the flip side, the room’s gotta get a facelift—too many dings and scuffs for my liking.
